SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders are shipped from Columbus, Ohio.

United States Shipping

Standard shipping is $8 for orders under $70. Standard shipping is free for orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is available for $15.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after the order processing period. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Canada Shipping

Shipping rates for Canada are calculated at checkout based on the package and available carrier services. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing.

Canadian customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges unless checkout states that these charges are prepaid. These charges are determined by Canadian authorities or the shipping carrier and are not controlled by GLOBE STORE.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your address. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Delays, Lost Packages, and Damaged Orders

GLOBE STORE is not responsible for carrier or customs delays outside our control, but we will assist customers with available tracking information and carrier claims. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
